Quick Start

Get your wholesale store up and running in under 15 minutes

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A business email address
  • Your product catalog (preferably in CSV format)
  • Product images (optional, can be added later)
What You'll Achieve

By the end of this guide, you'll have a fully functional wholesale store with your product catalog uploaded and ready to accept orders.

Getting Started

  1. Create Your Account

    Visit bearorders.com/signup and enter your email address. We'll send you a 6-digit OTP code to verify your email and create your account.

    No password needed - just click the link in your email to get started!

  2. Set Up Your Store

    After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your store. Choose a unique subdomain (e.g., yourstore.bearorders.com) and add basic information:

    • Store name
    • Subdomain
    • Contact information (optional)

  3. Upload Your Products

    The fastest way to get started is with our smart CSV upload:

    1. Click "Upload CSV" on your products page
    2. Drag and drop your CSV file
    3. Our system automatically detects your columns
    4. Review the auto-detected mappings
    5. Click "Import" and watch your products appear!

    Average upload time: 1,000 products in ~4 minutes

  4. Start Accepting Orders

    That's it! Your store is now live at yourstore.bearorders.com. Share this URL with your customers to start accepting orders.
