Placing Orders

Learn how to browse products and place wholesale orders

Finding Your Supplier's Store

Your supplier will provide you with their unique store URL, which looks like:

https://store.bearorders.com

Bookmark this URL for easy access to their product catalog.

Browsing Products

When you visit a BearOrders store, you'll see:

  • Product listings with images, names, and SKUs
  • Stock status indicators (In Stock, Low Stock, Out of Stock, Backordered)
  • Pricing information (if available)
  • Product variants for items with multiple options
No Account Required

You don't need to create an account to browse products or place orders. BearOrders uses a passwordless guest checkout system.

Understanding Product Variants

Some products have multiple options (colors, sizes, materials, etc.). These are called variants.

Example:

  • Product: Classic T-Shirt
    • Variants: Red/Small, Red/Medium, Blue/Large, etc.

Each variant has its own:

  • SKU
  • Stock status
  • Lead time (if backordered)

Placing an Order

  1. Browse the Catalog

    Look through the available products. Use filters or search (if available) to find what you need.

  2. Select Products

    Click on products to view details. If the product has variants, select your preferred options (color, size, etc.).

  3. Add to Cart

    Specify the quantity you want and add items to your cart.

  4. Review Your Cart

    Check your cart to ensure you have the correct items and quantities.

  5. Checkout

    Proceed to checkout and provide:

    • Your email address
    • Company name (optional)
    • Contact name
    • Phone number (optional)
    • Delivery address
    • Special instructions

  6. Submit Order

    Review your order details and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an order link for tracking.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you'll receive an email with:

  • Order summary
  • Items ordered with SKUs and variants
  • Order Link to track your order
  • Supplier contact information

Stock Status Indicators

Products show different stock statuses:

Stock Status is Reference Only

Stock levels update periodically, not in real-time. Confirm availability with your supplier for large or time-sensitive orders.

Pricing

BearOrders supports different pricing models:

  • RRP Shown - Recommended retail price displayed
  • Contact for Pricing - Prices negotiated with supplier
  • Hidden Pricing - Quote-based, no prices shown

If prices aren't shown, contact your supplier to discuss pricing for your account.

Order Minimums and Terms

Each supplier sets their own:

  • Minimum order quantities
  • Payment terms (Net 30, COD, etc.)
  • Shipping costs
  • Delivery timeframes

Check with your supplier for their specific requirements.

After Placing Your Order

  1. Confirmation Email - Check your inbox for order confirmation
  2. Save Your Order Link - Bookmark the order tracking link from your email
  3. Wait for Supplier Contact - Supplier will confirm order and provide payment instructions
  4. Track Your Order - Use your order tracking link to check order status

Multiple Orders

Each order gets its own Order Link. You can:

  • Access all your orders using your Customer Link
  • Bookmark individual orders / tracking pages
